Christian Louboutin is not the only design house showing skinny stilettos for fall. Most designers paired their tough-chic clothes with an equally powerful Christian Shoes.
The woman at Christian Louboutin headquarters is surprised to hear of my troubles. She admits the mules are a tad more challenging than the ankle- strapped variety but wonders if a larger size might be in order. (She may be right here. Normally, I wear a 7 +, but I think I’d have to go up to at least a 9 to get adequate toe room.)
